Studio X50

We have multiple Group Series and Studio devices registered in Clariti Manager for one of our Fed Gov customers.  There are a total of 175 devices registered however only a handful of the touch devices are showing up on Clariti Manager under Endpoint > Peripherals view.

Can someone please help why this could be the case? We have all the following ports opened in our network yet only a handful of Touch deices show up. Appreciate if someone could get back to me on this asap?
