Touch keyboard not popping up when pressing a text box help please? i did everything I could I saw the drivers  and updated them...Didnt work I disabled touch screen didn't work...

1.My product number is:00356-02096-02159-AAOEM                                                                                                                                          2.No and in tablet mode still doest work.                                                                                                                                                                      3.So as I said my exact issue is the touch keyboard k don't know why is happening but it doesn't wanna pop up in the text box. 4.No, not software changes.                                                                                                                                                                                            5.Yes I did a clean boot didn't work, And I also did an in-place upgrade and yes it didn't work
