My touchpad is not working and my mouse is not working I have tried everything on the virtual HP helper and nothing is working. What should I try next?

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I see that you are facing mouse and touchpad issues with your HP Notebook.
Please follow steps listed below to uninstall and reinstall touchpad drivers:
1. Press Windows key + X, and select Device Manager.
2. Click to expand Mice and other pointing devices.
3. Right-click the touchpad and click uninstall.
4. Restart your device and Windows will attempt to reinstall the driver.

This could be a hardware issue with the unit and may require repair.
I suggest that you contact HP Service Center in your location from this web link
Note: Select your country from the dropdown, enter the city or postal code, select the product, change the radius, and click on search to locate the nearest HP Service center near your location.
