I just bought my laptop HP Envy and sometimes the screen shows random bubbles even though I'm not using the touchscreen and once it happens I cant control my laptop anymore, Ill have to restart it !

Please follow instructions ...

 

(1) Create Windows system <restore point>

(2) Download and install BIOS Update

Why should you install the update ?

(3) Reboot

(4) Let BIOS be installed until it's completely done !

(5) Download and Install/Update
