Touch screen not working rather not detecting nor appearing under device manager

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)


I have HP Pavilion TS 15 Notebook PC N201TU purchased 5yrs back.

for some reason 2years back, I removed touchscreen drivers and related stuff. 

Now I want to reinstall and use Touchscreen feature, so I checked in Device manager, which is not detecting touchscreen under HID nor I am able to trace it by any way on my laptop.

Request to help to identify /reinstall and activate my laptop touch screen.
