Touch screen not working

After upgrade to Windows 10 the touchscreen not working. In the computer properties is option/property/info showing Computer with touch screeen - Five fingers. What s the problem?

In UEFI diagnostic hardware test in "BIOS" mode also not working

I have tried this procedure (and others)

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to assist you.

I see that you are facing an issue with your Laptop touchscreen.

Kindly refer to the steps on this link and let me know if that resolves the issue.

Also, Update the BIOS for your PC by clicking on the link.

Make sure you keep only the charger plugged in while updating the BIOS for your PC.

Click on the + sign next to BIOS and then download the file.

Open the file and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the update.

- bios updated to 02.30 Rev.A

- graphic updated to Intel Video Driver and Control Panel to 20.19.15.5171 Rev.A

- after manually  installing HP Touch Filter Driver for 400 G1  (Release date: May 25, 2017) yellow triangle /  yellow exclamation mark for HID Compliant Touch Screen in Device Manager
