I have a Pavilian X360 - 14" 2 in 1 laptop and yes I know it should go in product list but it is listed in my devices but will not show up here.

My problem is plain and simple I have a touch screen that does whatever it feels like. One time you touch and it works fine, next time it may close the window, open a new window or my favorite enlarge the screen image so big only one or two letters fit on screen or else reduce the screen to the size of an index card.  Sometime your fingers work to enlarge, reduce and scroll and next time nothing and getting worse.  I have run all the diagnostics and find nothing, Two computer shops, one saying can't find what's wrong and second has no idea what it is. Said in ten years he has never seen anything like this. Anyone else ever had this and how do I fix it? For a while one of the problems was the pointer would just move around screen on it's own. Don't know why but that stopped on it's own.

Thanks

Boot and Test this in BIOS, if touch fails there, it's likely digitizer/cable failure needing service. If under warrenty then hp can repair it for free. If not then still your only option is visit nearest HP service center for diagnosis and repair at repair cost.  If repair cost is good then you can opt for repair.

Visit with laptop documents like invoice, etc. If have any questions related to service center or document then contact hp agent directly first and ask.
