Hello,
I have some odd problems with my touch screen. To begin, the pen no longer responds. I can use my finger fine, but the pen does nothing. Secondly, when I have the computer in tablet mode and turned to portrait the corners of the screen don't work. For example, when I tap the windows icon nothing happens. Or when I am reading PDFs and tap the menus on the sides nothing happens. If I turn it back to landscape then I can touch everything and it responds. But in portrait, the edges don't respond. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:
- Did this happen after a recent window or software update?
- Have you made any hardware/software changes?
- What is the product number of your device? Use this link to find it: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03754824
Keep me posted for further assistance.
