My HP laptop touch screen looks blocked. I checked on internet how can I repair it, but did found even the window for touch screen in device manager.
I did have another issue today with my laptop, with the inaccesibility to wifi connection until restarting the laptop.
Briefly, having some crazy things and need your help to know the main issue.

Hi @BachirM,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
It sounds like you're experiencing a couple of frustrating issues with your HP Envy X360 laptop. Let's tackle them step by step.
Touchscreen not working: If the touchscreen isn't responding and you can't find the touchscreen option in the Device Manager, it might indicate a driver issue or a hardware problem. Here's what you can try:
- Check for driver updates: Go to the HP website, navigate to the support section, and look for driver updates specifically for your model of laptop. Download and install any available touchscreen drivers.
- Hardware check: Sometimes, touchscreen issues can be caused by loose connections or hardware faults.
WiFi connectivity problems: If your laptop is having trouble connecting to WiFi until you restart it, there could be several possible causes:
- Driver issues: Just like with the touchscreen, outdated or corrupted WiFi drivers can cause connectivity problems. Make sure your WiFi drivers are up to date.
- Power management settings: Sometimes, power management settings can interfere with WiFi connections. Try adjusting your power settings to prevent the WiFi adapter from being turned off to save power.
- Network settings: It's possible that your laptop's network settings are misconfigured. You can try resetting your network settings to default or running the Windows Network Troubleshooter to diagnose and fix any issues.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
