Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi. My touchscreen does not work. In Device Manager the touch screen is not visibel when I expand HID. In BIOS I have tested that the screen is functioning in BIOS. It functions also when I use the Component Test. Thus It seems to be a software problem.

I have updated,  BIOS drivers and what I think are Display drivers. I AM NOT KNOWLEDGEBEL ENOUGH TO SELECT AMONG ALL THE DRIVERS , when I let  HP  identify my laptop and all of its  drivers.

 

Maybe someone can give me some advice. I would be so grateful.

Hi, Christer:

 

The only suggestion I can offer would be to install the latest version of the Intel Serial IO Driver that HP has for your notebook which is supposed to support the touchscreen function.
