Elitebook 820 G3
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hello,

I have two Elitebook 820 G3s on which the touch driver has been correctly installed, however there are no options anywhere in control panel regarding touch.

The hardware is enabled in the BIOS and I've tried multiple solutions from similar issues with no success. Any way to get the touchscreen working?

Using that number " AUO226D " this is what I found.

Screen for HP EliteBook 820 G3 WUXGA FHD 1920X1080

From your specs I find this.

12.5 in diagonal LED backlight FHD UltraSlim eDP UWVA anti-glare (1920 x 1080)

That is one of the two that is not touch.

Are you sure you have a touchscreen???

There are 3 LCD's for that model and only 1 is touchscreen.

12.5 in diagonal LED backlight FHD UltraSlim eDP UWVA (1920 x 1080) touch with camera

Now that you mention that, I am not sure. In the BIOS I saw an option for touch and the last Elitebook I worked with had it, so I assumed.

I was able to find information on the LCD using HWINFO, the hardware ID of the display is AUO226D. I can't tell if that's the one with touch or not.

Thanks.
