my new laptop came with windows 11 , however, i need to downgrade to windows 10 since my main work only supports that os. i was able to except the touchpad  does not work tried almost all drivers from hp support to no avail. thanks a lot.

 

btw, since we did a fresh install of windows 10. i somehow noticed there is no touchpad even on the startup diagnostics.

Hi:

 

The only suggestion I can offer would be to try the W10 touchpad driver from the previous 15-eg1xxx model series and hope it works on your notebook too.
