Hello. My computer has an issue where its touchscreen is completely unresponsive. Yesterday, I tried to fix it on my own as I had just got it back from the repair man after a week of not being able to use it. I followed a tutorial fix from HP's website and I was instructed to uninstall the HID-Compliant Touch screen device and restart my device in order for it to work accordingly. I did exactly that and to no avail my screen is still unresponsive to my touch and the HID-Compliant touch screen device is missing from the device manager. It would be great if I was given assistance ASAP. I am a digital artist and currently have no other alternatives at the moment.
