Does my computer have a touchscreen or not? HP ENVY 17.3 inch Laptop PC 17-ch0000 IDS Base Model When I first used it, I could move the screen with my fingers and now I can't. I was playing Sims 4 and there was a dark spot on my screen so I wiped it with my finger and the screen moved. I tested it out and I could click options and move sims with my finger. I tried it again a few days later and it wouldn't work. I didn't even know I was getting a touchscreen so the feature isn't super important to me but I swear I moved it with my fingers and now it's not doing it. I'm confused.😂

I have the same problem. Similar computer to yours, I just got it yesterday, the touch screen was working fine and now it doesn't. I swear it's a windows update problem. But I can't even submit a support request.
