Greetings,
I recently had my laptop reverted back to factory settings and after updating my BIOS and made sure that all the windows 10 updates are currently installed. I am still having a problem with the touchpad. It is not showing on the device manager, not working, and even after I have managed to install the Synaptics software, every time I try to run it, it says that there are no touchpad devices found.
