Product: HP Pavilion x360 - 14t-dh100 CTO

My HP Notepad Touchpad is not working. It stopped working a couple weeks ago, but after I updated it started working again. Now, I'm completely up to date on updates, but the pad is not working again. The touchscreen works, but the touchpad/cursor does not.

I have a similar issue but my keyboard is also not working.

Started similar time to you.

 

Keyboard and track pad test fine in BIOS.

 

Having to use USB keyboard and mouse.

 

HP say £400+ to repair.  But hardware works outside of windows...... sigh
