Product: HP OmniBook X Flip Laptop AI

My mouse keeps disappearing with the touchpad, only time I am able to get the mouse is if I use a external mouse. I had downloaded all the possible drivers, done BIOS update, done configuration checks, restarted multiple times all of which if able have only gotten the mouse back for a short time before it disappears again. I did get an update around a month ago which seems to have started these troubles. What can I do to get the touchpad to work, my laptop does not have the glowing dot in the corner of the touchpad so I am unable to do that fix, as well as I have tried the Fn with 6, 7 and 9 and nothing occurred.
