HP ENVY x360 Convertible 15-cn0xxx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After update windows 10 to 20H2 touchpad working only with1 finger.

Multifinger gestures doesn't working (for example scrolling).

I can't find and install newest drivers (19.5.35.50 only availible).

When i open touchpad properties i get connection error with touchpad and can't do anything.

There is driver 19.5.35.41 Rev.D (for windows 1903) at hp.com but i can't install it because it doesn't supported by newest version of windows.

Hi@fatal1ty, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

I understand that touchpad has stopped working on your PC.

As you mentioned that touchpad is not getting listed in the device manager.

Have you tried checking with an external mouse? Does the external mouse work?

Please try the steps recommended below.

Click the Device Settings or the ClickPad Settings tab of Mouse Properties. If you have a Synaptics device, the tab includes the Synaptics icon.
Select the desired touchpad under the Devices list, and then click either Enable to turn on the device.

On some touchpads, you can turn the TouchPad on or off by double-tapping in the upper-left corner of the TouchPad. Double-tap to turn the TouchPad on, repeat to turn the TouchPad off.

Refer to this article to further troubleshoot touchpad issues.

If the issue still persists please provide the product number of your PC.

I will try to find the best driver available for your PC.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
