HP Recommended

Hi everyone,

 

I have multiple laptops, HP 840 G6, HP  450 G6, HP 640 G4 and they all have the same problem.

The touchpad keeps freezing for a few seconds every few seconds. If u use a USB mouse the cursor does not freeze, even with the USB mouse atached, the cursor freees with touchpad but not with mouse. 

This only happens on HP laptops, not on Dell or Lenovo laptops, so it cannot be my windows 11 installaton USB (though i tried multiple)

They all have a clean install of windows 11. 

Sometimes the problem already excists during installation of windows 11.

I tried a full reset by removing the battery an unplugging power cord and holding the power button for 15 seconds.

This also did not solve the problem.
