Product: Victus fa-0028nq
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi! I just bought a HP Victus laptop, model fa-0028nq and the touchpad is not working. The thing is it doesn t even appear in the BIOS or in device manager, its like it doesn t exist. I tried to install a lot of drivers but none of them seem to work. I need a driver for this laptop model for windows 10 pro (64) . And if it doesn t work i need to know if the model is broken or its just a windows problem.

If the touchpad does not work when it is in the BIOS, it is most likely damaged, the BIOS does not interfere with windows or any driver.
