Microsoft Windows 11

Hi all,

have used plenty of HP Enterprise notebooks over the years, this is the only "recent" acquaintance with the consumer line.

HP Envy 14-EB0413NO, lower right corner of touchpad seems (to me) like is not properly mounted/seated, since there is "haptic double click" when using it. "Touch" works as expected, first "click" should mean "mouse right click" I assume but currently does nothing (if I manage to stop in between "levels" of pressure), and "second" click executes the actual right click. I have never experienced this from HP or any other vendor (neither has my PC tech team at work), so that's why i am reaching out to the summarized experience of both the community and HP itself. Is there any kind of "feature" of this/other HP models that could explain this behaviour, or is this a valid warranty request?

The touch pad has already once been replaced under warranty, as it on arrival behaved like above described, but also erratic mouse movement. On return from this service, at least mouse movement worked, but the "click" issue was still intermittently left intact.

Not sure how clear it is, but I tried to capture it on video:
