Every day when I start my laptop touchpad stops responding and freezes after several restarts and shutdowns it keeps freezing. And after few minutes it starts working like normal. I tried to update drivers, but it is not showing touchpad option.
I have also run hardware tests multiple times, but it shows no issue in hardware. I have also updated bios. And also checked for updates and it shows you are up to date.
Every day I have to waste my half an hour on this it's very irritating. Please fix this issue.

Hi @Kartik2704,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand that the Touchpad keeps freezing randomly.
I'd like to help
I suggest you update the Touchpad Driver from the Device Manager
- In Windows, search for and open Device Manager.
- In the list of devices, look for Mice and other pointing devicesupdates , expand the list
- Right-click the Touchpad driver and select Update Driver Software.
- Click Search automatically for updated driver software.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to install the updated driver.
- Restart your computer to complete the installation of the updates.
Ensure you complete all the Windows update.
Click Start button, and then go to Settings > Update & security > Windows Update, and select Check for updates. If Windows Update says your device is up to date, you have all the currently available updates.
Then download the BIOS from Here
Note: Enter the Product Number, Select the OS version and download the BIOS
Keep the Notebook under observation and let me know if the issue persists.
Thank you

Ma'am I have tried all the solutions you suggested but as I have said in my question also that I am not getting any option named touchpad driver instead it is showing ELAN Input device, for reference I have uploaded the screenshot also. I tried to update drivers of given option also, but it says best drivers are already installed. And my windows is up to date I have installed all updates.
