I just purchased this HP Spectre x360 yesterday. When i plugged my charger into the laptop the cursor started shaking and my touch screen would not work. Please help me 😞 I really liked this computer and hope that this is just a small issue. I don't want to have to return this.

Welcome to the HP Support Community!
I recommend you update Windows and install all the available updates including optional.
Here is how it is done.
- Open Settings.
- Click on Update & Security.
- Click on Windows Update.
- Click the Check for updates button.
- Click the Restart Now button after the update has been downloaded on your device.
If you continue facing the issue, update the BIOS and the graphics driver from the below link and check if it helps.

Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!
If you wish to show appreciation for my efforts, mark my post as Accept as Solution. Your feedback counts!
Cheers!
