Had some performance issues (slow, laggy) and had my laptop reformatted by a technician. Everything is working great except for the touchpad. I can use it as a regular mouse and can left or right click without a hitch, BUT I can't:

  • Two-finger scroll up or down; or
  • Two-finger touch to "right click"

I can't find ELAN/Synaptics driver in the Device Manager. Under "Mice and other pointing devices", there is only a "PS/2 Compatible Mouse" which I don't think was there before the reformat. Thanks in advance!
