HP Recommended
Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8710 All-in-One Printer

I've done all the HP diagnostics and recommended fixes. The touchpad mouse works with Win 10 loaded and the login screen is up. Once I enter my password and hit enter, I get logged in but the touchscreen mouse disappears. I hit CTRL to locate the mouse, and it shows location, but it is frozen at the position it was in when I hit the login. Any ideas? Thanks.
