HP Spectre x360 - 15t-df000 CTO
Microsoft Windows 11

Touchpad popping out at the edge for HP Spectre x360 Convertible 15-df0xxx laptop popping at the the edge. I have only had this laptop for 2 years.

Bought 2, and  one of the 2 is having issue with the touchpad plate. As mention the piece is popping out a the left side. it started at the top left corner a month ago. Now the left side of the plate is popping up.

What the problem is HP? This was a very expensive laptop. i have had less expensive one that last 10years?

Hello @HBGR

Sorry to hear that you are having problems ... I would like to help you.

This could indicate a swollen internal battery located underneath the touchpad.
