Product: HP Spectre X360 15t touch
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I own the HP spectre X360 15t touch device. Somehow the website does not allow me to add that as a device I own.
I bought this laptop 5 years ago in 2017, and it is probably out of warrant. But I still want to fix it.
The touchpad of the device "bloated" or "popped" out, making it very hard to use the buttons on the touchpad. The left click button still works, but the right click button is not working at all.
The battery also seemed broken. I can only use it while plugged in.
I guess it's the battery's problem. Can you help me fix it? Thanks.
