I am able to use the two-finger scrolling function on my laptops touchpad, but I want to be able to use the one-finger scrolling function on the touchpad like I used to where I'd slide one finger along the right-hand side or bottom of the touchpad to scroll. I can't figure out how to do this anymore.

I have the same issue to be resolved, if it can't be resolved please tell your customers that. The earlier (Synapsys) driver provided 'Edge' functionality settings, however the later version (since about 2020) has removed it. Still an unresolved and unanswered matter years later. Please restore the edge function in the driver you are supplying to your customers as you are effectively removing useful functionality from compatible laptop/touchpads. I have just purchased a new laptop and I am very upset to find that I can't use single finger scrolling also, due to no Synapsys driver function to change the setting. I don't know if I have the option to use an older driver being a brand new system ;( .... Might be a 14 day (dis) satisfaction return from me. ShaydeyMyst - Until HP address this issue can I suggest that you may need to rollback your driver to an earlier version (I suggest one from around 2020). Note: I have been using an old driver on my previous laptop with Windows 10 and 11 with no issue.
