Please help! My Touchscreen just all of a sudden stopped working. I've gone through so many search threads on similar issues & failed to find a working solution until i ended up doin' the HP Recovery Process. Below is the ERROR message i got:

System Recovery Process failed & the only OPTION that was available is to RETRY of which that led to Windows Restarting and a looping of the RETRY process.
