I purchased a HP Envy X360 Convertible ee-1xxx exactly 1 year ago. (Warranty expired by 2 Days). A few weeks ago, I noticed my touch screen was not working. It worked in the past. When I purchased it, I tested the pen from my previous HP Envy and it worked fine. When I go to the settings, it says No Pen or Touchscreen is available for this display. How can that be when it has worked in the past? How can I re-activate my touch screen?
The OS is Windows 11 Home and OS Build is 22621.674
Thanks
Michael

Hello @Moolie
(1) Sometimes Windows needs the latest driver for the touchscreen to function well. While in the Device Manager, right-click on your <I2C HID Device> and select Update Driver. Then click Search Automatically for updated driver software. The latest driver is always available via Windows Update.
