Does HP ProBook 450 G2 Notebook support touchscreen? IF so, how can it be enabled?

There appear to be about four hundred models in this series.

The touchscreen is an option on the series.

 

Product introduced in mid-2014 (date may be different depending on region)

 

If your computer supports (includes) the Touchscreen, the how-to is explained in the User manual.
