Hello there!
I have HP Elitebook x360 1030 G2.
I've problem with it's touchscreen. When i flip screen to use it in tablet mode, after reaching 270 degree rotation, the touchscreen stops working. So I am unable to use the main service and reason i purchased it"The tablet mode and 360 degree rotation". It was working fine before but now it is behaving like this. Before 270 degree rotation or flip, the touchscreen works fine. One more thing, after crossing 270 degree when touch stops working if i click/touch anywhere on screen, there is no response anywhere but as i flip it back to flip angle less than 270 degree (where the touchscreen works normally),the clicks and touches i did in not working condition, works automatically and each click or touch i did in non-working screen now works imediately automatically. Now I am sure that it is software problem beacause the clicks and touches work and respond as i come back to normal screen position as it looks like that the clicks wait for the screen to go back to normal position to work. I have read a post where the expert said that test the touchscreen in boot menu where you run tests. I opened boot menu and fliped the screen and clicked/touched one of options but touch not responded untill i flipped my screen back to normal position and that click/touch automatically worked as it do in normal window. Now help me please. I am waiting for your reply. Regards.Link to view video of problem i recorded and uploaded on youtube so that you can watch.
