Hello
I have a laptop in repair from a costumer at my work space. Their touchscreen was broken and we ordered a new screen for repair.
However the touchscreen input is incurrect. This occurs within Windows (10) but also in the bios and diagnostics.
The input seems mirrored, so if you press left up, it will register as left down and vise verca.
There is no other way to connect the connectors/cables.
I have also tried cleaning them.
And running driverpack/Windows update etc.
Calibration won't work either because it wont register the input correctly during the calibration.
The laptop : HP Pavilion x360 14-dw0710nd
The ordered screen :
Item nr. W125850713
