Product: HP ENVY 17.3 inch Laptop PC 17-ch1000 IDS Base Model

The touchscreen quit working last week. I contacted Microsoft and did everything on their side to look for the drivers, but we couldn´t find it. Not even in device manager or HP website. I ran diagnosis and nothing either. I bought this 2 years ago, so I do not have warranty. Anyone with a similar experience? TIA.
