When i upgraded to W10 from W8, everything was ok but after clean install of W10, some of devices still are not working properly including Touchscreen and battery status display.
I did too many search but until now i didnt find the related drivers.

Have you tried to update all the drivers using HP Support Assistant?
Recommend you run HP Support Assistant on your computer to automatically update all the drivers on your computer. Click here.
