Hello all...
I have bought a Second Hand EliteBook 810 Revolve, w.o. battery, but with windows freshly installed and everything worked absolutely perfect, including the touchscreen. Especially for the touchscreen I have bought it.
The problems appeard when i inserted the new battery, something happened and restarted instantly and entered Manufacture Mode (10 steps). Some series from BIOS disappeared. It gives me a error screen at start-up that says that i do not have Product name, Serial Number and SKU number. Anyways.... I have reinstalled Windows and after that the touchscreen doesn't work.
I have reinstalled BIOS. Nothing seems to make it work. No option in bios to enable disable touchscreen.
In Device Specifications says at PEN and TOUCH No pen or touch input is available for this display
In Device Manager the HID compliant touch screen is present. I have no issues with hardware or with drivers, no unknown devices in Device Manager,
Also, in control panel, there is no TABLET PC SETTINGS to enable touch or calibrate. NOTHING. Like the display have no touch capability.
Also, Bluetooth doesn.t work also!
All windows updates are installed.
Absolutely nothing works.
I have to mention that after purchase I have installed more 8GB ram and changed the thermal paste on the i7 cpu.
Please HELP!!!

You said that Windows is "freshly installed" -- and my guess is that Windows is NOT an HP OEM version -- which means it does NOT have the HP drivers, including those needed for touchscreen work.
If your PC is a 2016 model or newer, you should see if you can make a bootable USB recovery drive using the HP cloud recovery tool on a working PC.
The recovery drive can then be used to install Windows and the HP drivers and utilities that originally came with your PC.
You will need a working PC and a 32GB USB stick to hold the recovery files. Here is the link:

Once you have that, you will need to reinstall Windows using it.

The Windows is downloaded from Microsoft, so is original.
Where can I find an OEM HP personalised Windows 10?
HP Cloud Recovery Tool doesn.t support my laptop model. by entering product ID, or any other ID from the laptop labels.

The Windows from MS does NOT include the HP drivers, only generic drivers with limited functionality.
You should not have installed Windows to it without checking here first.
I'm not personally aware of any other way to get HP Windows as they stopped carrying recovery media in DVD form years ago.
You can use this link to see if you can find some of the drivers at the HP site:

I managed to find and install Windows 10 HP OEM ISO.
I installed.it. It worked fine. Now, my Bluetooth works. With MS OEM Windows Bluetooth didn,t want to work.
I have installed all drivers from HP, the dedicated drivers.
Still, the touchscreen doesn,t want to work.

Sorry, the Cloud Recovery tool is the only option now. You can try using HP Support Assistant to see if it can find drivers for your model PC. You should not have forced a fresh install of WIndows without checking here first, as we could have told you how to export your HP drivers to save them.
