Win 10 OS, HP laptop, Touchscree not working, Folled instructions to remove driver and reinstall but can not find how to reinstall or download. Keeps running me in circles.!!!

Good Day. A warm welcome to the HP community. I reviewed the case regarding issues with the printer. I will be delighted to assist you here.
Perform the steps suggested before.
However, if that doesn't work either, please be advised that the last resort needs to be applied and that's a Reset (you may lose all your data)
