Product: HP ENVY x360 Convertible Laptop PC 15-ed1000 (169X2AV)

HI all, 

my touchscreen is not working properly: sometimes it works well for some minutes then it not responds at all.

I tried UEFI hardware test for touchscreen and I can't complete them (two tests) but the tests ends without errors. In the log files it results as cancelled (I can't shut off all blocks in 3 minutes then the test ends for out of time reached).

I suppose there's nothing more I can try before ask for support for an hardware check, am I right?
