Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Touchscreen not working and can't be detected at all. According to the product specifications it comes with FHD IPS UWVA multitouch-enabled edge-to-edge glass. And it was working before.

Windows 10 was reinstalled, all the drivers, including bios, are up to date according to hp assistant.

But pc acts as it never had a touchscreen and it's not detected in anything including components tests.

Please help. Don't know what to try next

@Musha

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

I appreciate your efforts to try and resolve the issue. I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:

Let's Rollback the Drivers. In Device Manager, right-click the HID-compliant touch screen and then select Properties.
Then switch to the Driver tab and select Roll Back Driver.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
Please click “Accept as Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution.
