Product: HP ENVY x360 Laptop - 15m-ee0013dx

My Touchscreen does not work, I have an HP Envy x360 15m-ee0013dx the display is cracked and this laptop was gifted to me, when this pc was gifted to me the touchscreen does not work, It does not show in device manager, even if its hidden. I tried many HP tutorials but none work, It says in windows that the computer does not support pen and touch, but in the bios and diagnostic menus the touchscreen works fine, I would download the driver from the product page, but Its not there. And when I call to try to ask for where I can find the driver I am told to pay for the support service subscription, I do believe personally that this is a bit of a loophole issue in device manager as IC2 HID Device gives a warning and say it cannot start (code 10) and I do believe the IC2 HID device is running on the AMD I2C Controller, so I tried to update all my amd related drivers but no prevail, I have been dealing with this issue for half a year now, and It is infuriating how HP cannot upload a simple touchscreen driver to a device page. I have already reset my pc and reinstalled windows, I updated all my drivers, HP Support Assistant does not give me any updates and I have updated my bios.
