Chromebook

Can someone please tell me if the touchscreen is fixable?  My touchscreen worked for about a month and I have done a complete factory reset about 5 times and still no touchscreen.  Thanks

If your touchscreen isn't working, try these steps. Test after each step to see whether your touchscreen works.

  1. Wipe off any dust or dirt on your touchscreen.
  2. Reset your Chromebook hardware (skip if done already)
  3. Reset your Chromebook to factory settings.
