Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My notebook's (HP ENVY x360 Laptop - 13z-ay000 CTO) touchscreen stops working intermittently after it sleeps.  I look in Device Manager and the driver isn't there.  After reboot it works again and the driver is back.  It happens about once a week.  I use it for about 3 hours every day.  Anyone heard of this issue?

I understand that notebook has an issue with the touch screen not working.
