How do I get the track pad under control. How do I even find the necessary commands? I just received the computer in the mail two weeks ago but I haven't used it much because the screen size keeps jumping around.  It seems to happen when I put my fingers on the track pad to attempt to scroll up or down.  I place one finger on the track pad and then the image size quickly expands to a super close up but it doesn't return to the original size when I take my finger off.

If I move my finger down the track pad the image automatically becomes larger.  What's the command or action to return the screen back to the original size? Where do I find the individual settings for this function?

Thank you for posting on HP Support Community.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Click on Devices.
  3. Click on Touchpad.
  4. Under the "Taps" section, use the Touchpad sensitivity drop-down menu to adjust the sensitivity level of the touchpad. Options available, include: Most sensitive. ...
  5. Select the tap gestures that you want to use on Windows 10. Options available include:

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
