Good evening; I have an HP laptop under warranty, purchased in October.
Today, unfortunately, I noticed that the left part of the trackpad is lowered, the button still works but the difference in level with the right side is noticeable.
Do I need to place my PC in service?
Does the warranty cover the damage?
