Tracking down Screen replacement

HP Recommended
HP Envy 360x
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My touchscreen had become disconnected from the top case and in an effort to snap it back in place the screen itself has now been cracked as well.

I'm inexperienced in ordering and tracking down legit parts online so I was hoping to get a little guidance on where to purchase a replacement screen at this point.

HP Envy x360 15-bq213cl is the product.  I need to be able to order and replace this in a relatively quick time period so looking for any advice on where to find the right part.

Happy to answer any other questions or provide more info

Hi,

If you look on page 23 of service manual you can see the various parts of the display panel

http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c06172053.pdf

The actual panel is part number 925736-001

Example

https://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_from=R40&_trksid=p2380057.m570.l1313&_nkw=925736-001&_sacat=0

You should check why the screen popped out. It could be that the hinges are breaking away from the pack cover of the display panel and pushing on the screen. In that case you would also need to replace the back cover and hinges.

Hope it helps,

David
