I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning issue with my HP Pavilion laptop, model 14-inch i7 11th gen, which I have owned for the past two years. Regrettably, the trackpad has developed significant problems that are negatively impacting its functionality.
Over the past months, I have noticed that the trackpad's coating has been peeling off, resulting in difficulty while navigating and using the laptop. This degradation is highly disappointing as I have always been a loyal customer of HP and expected my laptop to withstand regular usage for a more extended period.
I request that HP take this matter seriously and provide a suitable solution promptly. Considering the laptop's premium specifications, I believe it should have demonstrated greater durability.
I look forward to a timely response and resolution to address this concerning trackpad issue.
