Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The three components mentioned in the title will all stop working at the same time intermittently, and a restart 'fixes' the problem until it strikes again.  I have updated every driver I could, made sure to uncheck all "allow the computer to turn of this  device to save power" in the device manager Power Management tab.  I have also checked the integrity of the OS and run diagnostics that say all is well?  Also if you remove the live AC charging cord, the laptop will still show it charging for a minute or so, then it properly shows it not plugged in correctly but the other two issues remain.  Plug it back in and for a long time it still shows unplugged/not connected.  Obviously this situation is getting very old and I would love to find a fix.  Thank you.
