Thanks for accessing the HP Support Forums for extra support! I see that you are looking to change the language in your Windows 10 Notebook. I will do my best to assist you with this issue.
Let’s try the below-mentioned steps to change the language:
- In Windows, search for and open the control panel
- Make sure the control panel view is “Category”(top right corner)
- Under Clock, Language, and Region, click Add a language.
- In the Language window, select the language you want to set as a primary language, then click Move up until the language is at the top of the list.
- Restart the computer.
