Product: HP ZBook Firefly 14 inch G8 Mobile Workstation PC (275W1AV)

I purchased the HP Travel USB-C Multi Port Hub.

When I connect a keyboard, mouse, or power adapter to the hub, the computer detects them correctly.

However, when I connect an HDMI monitor to the hub, there is no display. The computer does not detect the monitor at all.

When I connect the same monitor directly to the laptop, the display works normally.

What could be causing this problem?

I suspect the issue may be related to the Intel(R) Iris(R) Xe Graphics driver.

I am using an HP ZBook Firefly 14-inch G8.
