tried all the steps like updating driver or uninstalling it still having the issue

I acknowledge the issue with the Camera App showing error code 0xA00F4244 . Since you have already tried updating and reinstalling the driver, let’s proceed with additional recommended steps to ensure the camera is correctly detected.

 

Verify Camera Privacy in BIOS

  • Restart your PC and press F10 to enter BIOS Setup.
  • Navigate to Advanced > Device Options.
  • Ensure the Integrated Camera option is enabled.
  • Save changes and restart.

 

Run HP App – Diagnose & Fix

 

Check HP System Event Utility and Hotkey Support Drivers

  • Visit the HP Support page for your product.
  • Download and install the latest HP System Event Utility and HP Hotkey Support drivers.
  • These drivers ensure proper communication between hardware and Windows.

 

Update BIOS and HP Drivers

  • Go to the HP Support site for your exact product model.
  • Download and install the latest BIOS update and chipset drivers.
  • Official HP resource: HP Software and Driver Downloads

 

Perform Hardware Reset

  • Shut down the computer.
  • Disconnect the power adapter.
  • Press and hold the power button for 15 seconds.
  • Reconnect power and restart.
